Corn Cásserole for the Holidáys is definitely á fámily fávorite side dish. It is á sweet ánd sávory, corn breád-like dish thát is super delicious ánd very eásy to máke.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 cán Creámed Corn
- 2 cáns Whole Kernel Corn (dráined)
- 1 cup Sour Creám
- 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
DIRECTIONS:
- In á lárge bowl, stir together the 3 cáns of corn, corn muffin mix, sour creám ánd melted butter.
- Pour into á greásed pán.
- Báke for 45 minutes or until golden brown in á 350 degree oven.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with gráted cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes
